1. An order denying a motion for amended or additional findings is not appealable. Where such a motion is coupled with an alternative motion for a new trial, only that part of the order denying a new trial is appealable. And where the court refuses to make proposed amendments or changes in the findings, the order is equivalent to findings negativing the facts asked to be found.
